Wow!! The Best Hair I Have Ever Seen!

While Browsing MS3B, I found what is quite possibly the best hair ever to be found in the sims universe...

    Thing with Peggy is, some of the hairs are actually stunning, but then she releases rubbish like this, and wonders why everyone heads towards the Booty...
